We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Lookout Mountain and would gladly return. From the moment we arrived, the front desk agent set the tone for an excellent experience. They were welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on making sure our stay was enjoyable. That level of hospitality makes a lasting impression and is becoming increasingly rare. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our room was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. It's clear that this property takes pride in providing a quality guest experience. My only minor complaint involved the pool areas. During our stay, a large group of families from Alabama allowed their children to completely take over both pools. The kids were extremely loud and rowdy to the point that it became uncomfortable for other guests to enjoy either pool. I do think this situation could have been monitored more closely. That said, the hotel appeared to be working hard, and it's possible they were simply short-staffed and unable to keep an eye on every area at all times. Great place to stop and relax. Young kids enjoyed the pools, yes a bit cooler of water but still very enjoyable. The water slide at the outdoor pool was a huge hit, I couldn't get our son off of it, he had a blast. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again while traveling. Thanks!

One of the busiest Hotel I ever seen, But customer service are exceptional I must say, spacious room and great service. Breakfast has good large variety of selection, close to I 24 so easy IN / OUT to main highway. Front Desk employees are top of the notch. Always there for you to help to make sure your stay are as comfortable as possible. How ever would like to add one note, and don’t consider that as a negative but would be great if they make fresh coffee throughout the day.

We are long time and loyal Hilton customers and as much as we travel, I rarely take the time to write reviews. However, this location far exceeded my expectations. The location was well appointed with dining opportunities within a 5 minute drive. Everything was very clean from the parking lot, lobby, and rooms. It was a very quiet stay and the breakfast was great in the morning. The male working the front desk in the evenings until 11PM was extremely nice and hardworking. We would definitely stay again!
